Frutty Nutty Pavlova


This is Suhaila's repeating order..
Owh so exited to make it again...
Now I will try the nutty pavlova
which is mean i need to put ground almond in the recipe..

This is the recipe
*Fruit you need are strawberries, kiwi or green grapes n canned peach or your desired fruit
*preheat your oven to 150 degree celcius
*Beat 4 white eggs untill fluffy peaks form, with mixer running add 250 gr icing sugar beat again until the meringue shinny, stiff n glossy, add 100 gr ground almond beat lil bit more.

*sprinkle in a spoon cornstarch, a spoon of vinegar, gently fold to combine
*prepare your papercups
* put the meringue in piping bag n squeze it into your papercup out towards the edges .
*put in the oven , reduce the temperartur to 130 degree.
*bake for 50 minutes or until the colour of meringue change into golden
*turn off oven and let the meringue cool completely in oven .
* when meringue is cool n completelly dry, top it with cream n your fruit
