lasagna




Ni request dari anak yang udah ketagihan lasagnanya Secret Resepi ituh. Udah dapetnya dikit, mahal pulak, bertiga pulak. Emang bangkrut dah kalo anak2 dah minta kesono. Karena aq kurang sreg lah makanan barat..paling juga dikit2..jd mbuatnya agak males2 juga. Tapi kemaren aq dah tekad bulet..dari pada dompetku bocor mulu mending buat. Jadi hunntinglah cari lasagna nya. Doooh seperti biasa cari produk yang ada label halal nya susah boooww. Pan ini semua diimport langsung dari Italia. Alhamdulillah setelah bongkar sana..bongkar sini...mpe yang jaga supermarketnya melotot ketemu juga ma lasagna halal. Thanks GOD!

Resep ini langsung aq contek dari kotaknya ya..hiks...basa linggis gapapa lah pan semua ngerti toh...qiqiqiqiq ( pak kamus siapin dulu kaleee)

Ingredient:
-250 gr Large instan Lasagna
-2 tbsp oil
-1 onion, finely chopped
-1 carot, finely chopped
-cloce garlis,crushed
-500 gr beef minced
-5 tbsp tomatoe paste
-2x400g canned tomatoes
-2 cup chicken stock
-salt n pepper
- pinch of nutmrg
-2tbsp butter
-2 tbsp plain flour
-2 cup milk
-125 g mozarella or cheddar cheese

meat sauce: heat oil in a sauce pan. Add onion, carrot n garlic.cook until brown. Stir in tomato paste, canned tomatoes n chicken stock.Season with salt, pepper n nutmeg. Cover n cook gently 20 min.

cheese sauce: melt butter in a separete sauce pan, stir in flour n cook for 2 minutes over gentle heat. remove from heat, stir in milk. return to heat, stir until thickk n smooth. season with salt, pepper n add mozarella or cheddar cheese, stirring over low heat until cheese melt.

assembly: Preheat oven to 150 degree celcius. pour 1/2 cup of the meat sauce into a lightly greased baking dish. Alternate layers of lasagna, meet n cheese sauce. ending with cheese sauce layer (allow for 4 layers) Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese, bake in oven for 35-40 minutes or until cooked through ( test if cooked by pricking with a fork). let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Seves 4: Hint: For perfect lasagna, make sure that lasagna sheet are completely covered with the meat sauce. Important to retain a high level of moisture.
