blackcherry filling cheese cake
Anak lanang semata wayang bilang gini..."Prasaan wkt mas Adit gak ada..bunda sering banget mbuat cheesecake, ms adit suka liat di fesbuk bunda. Kok skrg mas adit dirmhi nggak dibuatin?"
Waaa..telak mengenai sasaran..yo wis bunda buatin nak..
bahan n cara: 150 gr digestive biskuit dihancurkan, campur dgn 50 gr coklat bubuk. Lelehkan 150 gr mentega, campur kdlm biskuit tadi. tekan2 di loyang khusus cheese cake yg sudah diberi alumunium foil, simpan difridge.
filling: mixer 500 gr cream cheese, 2 buah kuning telor, 150 gula, vanili, perahan lemon, sedikit parutan kulit lemon, 100 ml whipped cream n 1 sdm penuh tepung terigu.
Setelah menyatu n lembut, keluarkan biskuit dr kulkas. Letakkan separoh adonan cream cheese tsb diatas biskuit. Ambil blackcherry jam (ato apa aja).letak sedikit2 diatas cream cheese. lalu tutup lagi dgn adonan sisa tadi.
Bakar didlm oven suhu sedang selama 30 menit. Bila sdh matang biarkan cream cheese cake didalam oven hingga dingin. Ini maxutnya utk menghindari cake drpd retak kalau dikeluarkan langsung.
SEtelah dingin, keluarkan n buka kancing loyangnya. letakkan dipiring rata lalu tambahkan topping strawberry n kiwi (atau apa saja, gk diapa2in jg gpp). Simpan kulkas lageeee...dingin2 enyaak2..
Jadilah cheesecake "orderan" anak lanaaaannngg...

avocado cheese-cake
dah lama pengen buat...
pokat rada susyeh disini..
sekali2 ada impor dr aussie..mahalnya naujubillah...
gapapalah..beli 3 biji...demi seloyang avocado cheese-cake yang nyeeeessss...
Ingredients:
Cake base vanilla sponge cake OR biscuit base
Filling
A) 400 gr cream cheese cake, 100 gr sugar
B) 150 gr avocado, 2 tbsp lemon juice
C) 2 tbsp gelatine 50 gr water
D) 100 gr yogurt E) 100 wipping cream
Topping:
Whip topping cream, whipped.
Avocado, diced
Method:
Cake base: Cut the spogge cake fit to your mould size
Filling:
1) Cream (A) until light. Place (B) in blender and blend until smooth
. Add it nto (A) and mix until well blended
2) Mix (C) and pleace it over double-boiler. Stir until it dissolves. Add it into the cheese mixture from step (1) Mix until well combined.
3. Add (D) and mix until evenly blended.
4. Whip the cream in (E) until soft peaks (do not over-whip the cream as it will separate). Fold the cream into the the mixture from step (3) and mix until well combined.
5. Pour the the cheese filling into the prepared mould over the cake base. Smooth the surface. refrigarate for 4 haous or until set
6. unmould the cake. garnish with cream n diced avocado
